  1. Be bold. Take risks. Speak up.
  2. Pick your battles.
  3. If you don’t like where you are. Move. You’re not a tree.
  4. If you can’t change the people around you, change the people around you.
  5. Ignore haters.

  6. Spend time with your coaches and mentors.
  7. Coach and mentor others.
  8. Recognize that the only person you have complete control over is yourself.
  9. Wake up early.
  10. Always be reading/listening to a book/podcast about personal growth.
  11. Be so good. So, so good.
  12. Try harder, everyday.
  13. If you know you can do better, do better.

  14. If you’re scared. Do it anyway.
  15. Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.
  16. Create habits and systems you can follow everyday to set yourself up for success.
  17. You know the top five situations that frustrate you. Find a way to fix them.
  18. Be productive (instead of just busy).
  19. Focus on your mindset.
    Your thoughts become your actions.

  20. If you want it. Work for it.
  21. If the plan doesn’t work. Change the plan. Don’t quit.
  22. Be consistent.

  23. Put in the work. Even on the days you don’t feel like it.
  24. Think bigger. Dream Bigger.
  25. Action causes motivation! Get started now!!!

  26. Find your happy song. Play it!!
  27. Do some squats. Get your blood flowing.
  28. Eat better.
  29. Sleep all night.
  30. Organize something. Feel free to come organize my closet. LOL
  31. Get an accountability partner – so on the days you can’t – they will convince you that you can!

Motivation is like bathing. It goes away.
