Michael Cohen
Global Education Director
Michael Beltran Cohen spent his early years in London, where he trained with Toni & Guy and Anthony Mascolo. In 2006, Michael opened the Michael Angelo Salon in Marbella, Spain, and three years later, the Kristin Michaels Salon in Oslo, Norway, where he built a motivated team of stylists. He is now REF Stockholm’s Global Education Director.
Nicole Coil
North America Education Lead
Nicole went to beauty school just to learn how to cut her hair. She has since grown into a passionate hairdresser, salon owner, and educator. Embracing and loving all aspects of hairdressing, and haircutting is her true passion. She loves teaching how to take the basic rules and principles of haircutting and coupling them with a more “organic” method.
