Founder and co-owner of Cool Beauty Consulting, Business & Motivational Speaker, Owner of Nova Salon, Author of “Small Business for the Rest of Us –One Dude’s Journey”. Bennie Pollard is a true inspiration to everyone he meets! He opened his salon, Nova Salon, in 1992, which has earned numerous national awards since its inception. Bennie is also a two-time NAHA winner, international guest artist/speaker, and a mentor to salons across the US. In 2013, he launched Cool Beauty Consulting, a full-service distribution house built upon the bedrock of education. Its slogan, “Where Your Success is Cool”, encompasses everything Bennie and his team stand for. In 2018 he released the book, “Small Business for the Rest of Us – One Dude’s Journey”. Bennie’s book provides insights into the highs and lows of building a successful salon, distribution, and consulting business.
