Michael bridges the gap between sales and education. Michael’s creative approach to color and retail continues to inspire and train salons, leading to increased sales and client retention. Michael has worked for some of the most renowned brands in the salon industry. His interest in fashion and art fueled his passion for the color side of the industry. Michael’s career in the beauty industry started with intense and technical training as a makeup artist. During this training, he learned the intricacies of color theory and facial architecture which he still utilizes to this day.
