Please call Cool Beauty to report any returns, and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (R/A). Any applicable credits will be given once the product has been received.
- Defective products may be returned for a full credit to Cool Beauty with no additional fees.
- Cool Beauty offers a 100% guarantee on all products. If you, or your client, is unsatisfied with the performance of a product, it may be returned for a credit towards your next order. Cool Beauty will provide a return shipping label for your use.
- Overstock products may be returned to Cool Beauty within 30 days of purchase date. A product credit will be issued to be applied to your next Cool Beauty order.
- Returned products must not have any damages, stickers, prices, or residue on the bottle. If product is returned in an un-sellable condition no credit will be offered.
- Re-sellable product returned after 30 days from original invoice will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- No products will be accepted for return 90 days after original invoice date.
- Returns must be securely packaged with all bottles in the upright position with caps tightened to ensure that there will be no spilling or damage during shipping. Packing material must be used protect the products (paper, peanuts, bubble wrap…).
