Three Thoughtful Outcomes of Education

Most of you know how passionate we are about education and bringing you the very best! In this article, Bennie Pollard dives into 3 parts that drive education and its wonderful effect on our minds: Educating ourselves is like getting a software update. We need something that fires us up again periodically, something that makes our systems run a little smoother. There are three parts to education that I find to be interesting…

01. Validation

Let’s say you’re sitting in a workshop with a fantastic educator who is sharing concepts and ideas. The more you listen, the more you realize that you’ve been doing things the right way all along. The world-renowned educator made you feel validated in some of your thinking. This is a huge morale booster and a vitamin shot for your mind.

02. Interpretation

You’re in a class or an event and all this fantastic information is coming your way. Your mind is creatively thinking about all the ways you can make this new, amazing information become a part of your daily routine. As the information flies your way, you interpret it, and then you begin to employ that in your world. You are beginning to interpret what you hear and putting it into action, which is of utmost importance when it comes to receiving new education data

03. Inspiration

After all the years that I’ve taken workshops and classes, I’ve discovered that I’ve learned a lot and that there’s not much that is new. What I’ve really discovered is that education offers inspiration. Education will inspire you; your fire has been reignited. It doesn’t matter how big the bonfire is; it’s still going to burn down, and you’ll need to feed it to get that fire to rekindle.

This is where education can lift you up and carry you through to your next level. Happy Learning!
